Licensing

There are a number of versions of our online case management system, Case Centre Pro, with prices ranging from free for commercial use upwards.  Please check our features page to determine which version is right for you.  Please note, that some of the help desk features like our solutions knowledge base, SMS text messaging, chat and emailing are not available in the free version, and there is a limit to the total number of clients and users.  However, there are no limits to the number of users in all of the paid for versions.  Our versions and license limitations are described below, please review this along with the key features when choosing which version of Case Centre Pro you wish to sign up for.

Free Help Desk Software for Commercial Use

Yes, Case Centre Pro is free for commercial use, however, there are minor limitations on functionality, and the number of clients (see the above table).  This is aimed at allowing a start-up maintenance service provider company to use our systems free of charge, and as they grow, they will then eventually use a version that is paid for, or perhaps need to take services that are paid for.  There are adverts in our free version, and only in our free version.

Unlimited Number of Users

Except for the free version, in all versions of Case Centre Pro, there are no limitations to the number of technicians, users or client users.  You can simply give your clients a link to the portal for them to self register, safe in the knowledge that there are no hidden costs based on how many users they want to add.  Typically all your client's staff/users will have free access to the portal, adding tasks, requests, jobs or faults and generating regular work leads for you and your team of engineers to complete.
