Our reactive
maintenance help desk software came about from a
custom in house web portal that we have to our hosting
clients. Someone one day asked if we could have
that, and you host it for us. After a little
deliberation, and seeing what was on the market, we
decided to launch Case Centre Pro as a low cost help
desk software and help
desk solutions knowledge
base tool. The rest is history are they say. |

Mark Andrew Smith Limited is an Irish
multi-national, privately held technology company, based
in Dublin specialising in SaaS (Software as a Service)
technologies on our own globally clustered
high availability Linux
server platform. Although the company started out by
Mark Andrew Smith in 1992 as a sole trader in the United
Kingdom, it grew and became a limited company there in
1998. Through further success and growth, Mark Andrew
Smith Limited became a multi-national and a global
player in 2013, and now styles itself as the Mark Andrew
Smith Group with our head office in Ballsbridge, south
Dublin 4.

Our software, providing your service,
is run on a number of our own large Linux servers,
operating in what is known as a
high availability
cluster, in
different places around the globe, providing parallel
functionality and redundant capability in case of
failure. Both the application and your data is
located in all of our server locations as well as an
off-site version kept elsewhere.
In order to keep your application online 24/7, we
opted to replicate all functionality in multiple
locations using multiple Internet service providers.

geek with a BSc Honours degree and a diploma in
computing. Mark is a senior analyst programmer specialising in Perl, PHP, C/C++, and BASIC amongst other programming languages. |

fantastically knowledgeable and a helpful senior PC support

system has many graded solutions to issues solved by Stuart,
enabling others to expedite a solution to their clients problem. |
